1) 🧐 Carbon Emissions in Decline?:

Could 2024 be the year emissions decline? Some researchers are beginning to believe so. 2023 saw a >1% increase in emissions from fossil fuels, but as we look toward the future, with renewable increases, and more pressure for fossil fuel decline, could 2023 be the year emissions peaked? Learn more here

Ecomine in Sri Lanka is shaping up to be an environmentally - friendly and safe working mine for sapphire. But, Ecomine is much more than just a mine, it is a sustainable community project. Could other mines adopt this model? Learn more here
 

3) 💸 $11 Bill US Clean Energy Project:

Construction on the largest ever US clean energy project is underway. SunZia is a wind and transmission project. Hoping to generate and transmit massive amounts of clean energy, SunZia Wind will be the largest wind project in the Western Hemisphere. Learn more here
