Emerging Leaders Program

A structured, cohort-based program pairing passionate students with industry leaders, peer mentors, and real-world energy insights.

What is the ELP?

The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is an 8-week structured experience designed for students who are serious about building a career in energy or climate. Each cohort is kept small and intentional β€” typically 15–25 students β€” so every participant gets real value.

Throughout the program, you will hear from 10+ guest speakers spanning clean energy finance, climate tech, policy, engineering, and more. You will participate in small group discussions, one-on-one mentorship sessions, and collaborative projects.

Upon completion, you join the ET alumni network β€” a community of driven students and professionals you can lean on throughout your career.
